Be thankful for what you have;you’ll end up having more.If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you’ll never ever have enough. Oprah Winfrey
A few years ago I discovered that life gets so much better when we focus on what we’re grateful for. At the time I was seriously stressed out because, I was trying to spin far many plates,I wasn’t there where I wanted to be and where did I actually want to be felt impossible to reach . I ended up focusing so much on feeling like I was a million miles away from reaching my goals.
Then I came across a video on Youtube of Zig Ziglar talking about the ‘attitude of gratitude’. In the video he was telling the story of a woman who was complaining about her job,so he asked her to get out her notepad and write down all the reason why she liked her job.By the end of it her perspective totally changed instead of feeling frustrated and angry she now felt happy and positive for all the things she did.She had an attitude lf gratitude.
Get a notepad and right down all the things you have and place it where you can see it everyday

I love this message! Personally I write down what I’m grateful for every month. I even bought a sweatshirt that says “grateful” across it!
Wow^.^Shirt can also be a great option. Stay blessed.
So true
Thank you for reading it!!
Barely beyond my teens, I attended a Zig Ziglar rally, and I’m grateful for the can-do attitude he instilled in me. These ten two-letter words sum up what still loops through my brain: if it is to be, it is up to me. Thanks the inspiration!
So happy for you. Stay blessed
Great content.
Yes, this is so true.
I remember when I was in my early twenties and someone enlightened me by acknowledging how I had been focusing on the things I felt I did not have instead of actually focusing on the wonderful things I already had around me.
And, they were so right. Their words made me think. I realized how blessed I was.
I am glad you realized. It is nature of human we always think about things we don’t have but yes we can change our mindset. Proud of you.
