Be kind

Always try to be kind to others. Use words that can comfort someone who is not mentally well. We have no idea what everyone is feeling, what battle they are fighting, when you feel like someone is not okay ask nicely.  Be the person someone can tell you what they're really feeling. Ask them in a ways they can tell you about their true feelings.
Be happy.
If you're not feeling well or need someone to talk to, I'm always there for you.

  1. Thank you for this sensitive and caring post, Sana. I think that kindness, compassion and empathy are some of the most important attributes a person can have. None of us knows what another person may be going through. I struggle with mental health issues and have done for many years, although I’m a lot better now than I used to be. I’m taking a bit of a break from blog reading at the moment as I mentioned in my last post. However, I want to keep up with my favourite bloggers, one of whom is you. I very much like what you write. It’s also incredibly kind of you to offer to be there for other people. I offer the same to others, too, as I know how it feels to be left out, forgotten about and to be made to feel unworthy.
