‘Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do.You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember you can achieve.’ Mary Kay Ash
I once read an incredible story about the power of self belief that amazed me so much I got goose bumps while reading it.
Wilma Rudolph was born prematurely in 1940, weighing just 4 1/2 lbs.Not long after that she was struck down by polio, which cause infantile paralysis, and a number of serious childhood illnesses. The doctor said it was miracle that she was alive but would never be able to walk properly. Wilma believed something different.
At the age of 12, Wilma walked for the first time without her leg brace. At 12, she was playing basketball with her siblings. At 13, she began to run.At 14,she began to run really fast! At 15, she was extraordinary Wilma went on to become the fastest woman on the planet, winning three gold medals at the 1960 Olympics.
Now that is the power of self belief.
Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Believe that what you want is yours for the taking.
They thought it was impossible for a human being to run a mile under four minutes.Well we all know that it is possible thanks to Roger Bannister, who believed when everyone didn’t
They thoughts it was impossible to travel at the speed of sound but Felix Baumgartner smashed that belief in 2012.
People are doing the impossible everyday. Will you be one of them? Are you prepared to stand out from the crowd and believe that you can achieve things, even though some might think it’s impossible or unrealistic?

Too often, we limit ourselves by thoughts of self-doubt, choosing to believe it’s impossible for us to achieve great things as others have. The fact is those thoughts destroy your chances of success. If you limit what is possible, then you’ll never achieve the things you want.
