We all have so much going on in our lives competing stresses to facing depression everyone is fighting with something.By taking the time to be kind to others we can make huge difference.
If you want to take first step to be kind,try to control your tongue. Speak only when you’re sure you’re going to say kind words. Don’t use such words which can hurt someone.
Your words describe your personality,your background. Always use kind words. Be a reason for happiness of someone.
