When you wake up in the morning,write down what you’re thinking and feeling. Then set an alarm for every hour during the day. When alarm goes off,stop and write down what you’re thinking and feeling. Finally,when you go to bed write down your thoughts and feelings again.
Use this exercise whenever you’re feeling stuck and not making the progress you want, when you’re not showing up for your dreams and use it when you want to tune in with yourself and find out what is going on internally.
